About the Role

We're looking for a creative Social Media Intern to help grow our online presence and keep the AI community informed about service status. You'll create content, manage social media accounts, and engage with our users.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Share real-time updates about AI service outages and incidents
• Engage with the AI community and respond to inquiries
• Collaborate with the team on content strategy and campaigns
• Track and report on social media metrics and engagement

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tech trends
• Interest in AI, technology, and developer tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

About the Role

Join our marketing team to help grow AI DownDetector and reach more users who need reliable AI service monitoring. You'll work on various marketing initiatives and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Create content for blog, email newsletters, and social media
• Help optimize SEO and improve website traffic
• Support partnership outreach and collaboration efforts

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing and growth strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good writing and communication abilities
• Interest in AI and technology is a plus
